Leadership at VectorHR

An entrepreneurial and creative head drives every organization. The person behind VectorHR is Sanjay Aggarwal. He is a skilled veteran in India's enterprise sector and possesses over 30 years of experience. An MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, he did his two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in 1988. Prior to this, he graduated from Shriram College of Commerce and later did his MA (P) from Delhi School of Economics.

Sanjay Aggarwal has always been passionate about Human Resources and has always been a great leader, supporter and motivator. He worked with companies like Vam Organics (now Jubilant Organosys), Pharmacia, NetAcross and Honda Cars before beginning his entrepreneurial journey. In 2000, he co-founded HR Minds Consulting Pvt Ltd, which was later divested in 2005. With his corporate experience spanning more than 12 years, Sanjay has had the vision and advantage to see the HR challenges and expectations from across the table as well. And this experience has helped his team deliver the most challenging of projects with satisfaction to the clients' side.
