Design of Systems and Policies

HR Systems and policies are like the constitution of any organization. The wellness and culture of any organization is reflected by its systems and policies.  The Policy manual provides guidelines on how to handle various situations at work. It lists the employees' and the management's responsibilities and duties towards each other. 

Sanjay Aggarwal has been instrumental in designing the systems and policies for all the organizations he worked for in his corporate role even before starting VectorHR and thereafter, his passion for creating a positive and healthy workspace continued with this design for many more organizations.

With the experience spreading  from manufacturing to services, from Auto to IT to Pharma , from medium to large, the team at Vector HR  has spearheaded the Systems  and policies' design and implementation and the communication of such policies  to across the organizations, very effectively and efficiently.
